BGS Gala Ball

Date and Time: Saturday 6 August 2022 7.00 PM-12.00 AM

Location: CENTREPIECE, Melbourne Park Olympic Boulevard  Melbourne

Dress Code: The BGS Gala Ball dress code is formal attire. Dressing for formal events is usually as follows:

Men – Suit and tie
Women – Evening/cocktail dress or pantsuit

However, you are welcome to wear a black tie and long evening gowns. After all, we only turn 140 once!

Car Parking:

Onsite car parking is available within the precinct for guests either within the dedicated CENTREPIECE car park via:

• Entrance A (Batman Avenue)
• Entrance D (Olympic Boulevard) or at the Eastern Plaza Multi-Level Car Park

Covid-19 Protocols:

To ensure the health and safety of our all guests, the additional covid measures are in place and in line with government guidelines:

• We will be encouraging all guests to complete a rapid antigen test prior to attending; RATs will be made available for Ball Guests from all reception points for collection from Monday 1 August
• All venue staff will be wearing masks
• All venue staff are vaccinated as per current government guidelines
• Hand sanitisers will be placed around the venue

As always, Brighton Grammar will continue to follow the Victorian Government guidelines and work with the venue to ensure COVID protocols and measures are in place.
