Music Timetabling – Students and Parents 

Accessing the timetable via the BGS app

In the BGS app, you will see your son’s music lessons along with their academic timetable from 6.00pm each Friday (for the following week).

Select your son’s timetable from the Learning module under Timetable.

 

 

Accessing the timetable via Schoolbox (students)

In Schoolbox select your timetable from the options above the academic timetable any time after 6.00pm each Friday (for the following week).

You will then see your music timetable (lessons and ensembles) with times on the left hand side. 
Please note: Week A (Days 1-5) and Week B (Days 6-10)

Accessing the timetable via Schoolbox (parents)

In Schoolbox, scroll down to ‘MY STUDENTS’. Select timetable, and then if applicable, select ‘Your son’s name (Music)’
