Hugh Kabengele Poduim Finish at Nationals

Did you see Gout Gout’s amazing 9.99 run? In the same race, finishing third was Year 12 student Hugh Kabengele! Congratulations to Hugh on the bronze in the Men’s U20s 100m Finals at Australian Athletics in Perth on Thursday evening with an impressive time of 10.48.

Earlier this season, Hugh also excelled at the Victorian Combined Event Championships at Lakeside in February, earning bronze in the 100m (10.95) and finishing 6th in the 200m (22.39). An incredible season on the track – well done!
